Branch Manager £25k + OTE : - Churchill is looking for a top quality manager with a proven track record to join their multi branch operation. You should be a natural leader with the ability to develop a strong and successful team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years in management role and be able to demonstrate considerable increase in business activity. Sales Negotiators - £25K OTE : - Churchill are looking for two new superstars to join our expanding team. These roles have come about because of considerable growth and therefore you will be walking in to a considerable earning potential. Our offices are centrally based, there are many business lets as well as investment purchases which prove quick and easy business.

The hours are kind too – Monday to Friday with alternative Saturday working. To maximize your potential call us now.

Self Employed Mortgage Consultant : - Due to on going expansion we are looking for a self employed mortgage consultant to join us in house. The position will suit someone who enjoys working in the estate agency environment but feels there are greater sales opportunities out there.

Tenancy Administrator : - We are looking for an administrator to help run our tenancy administration department based in our Canton Branch. This position would suit person with lettings experience either in negotiating or on the management side, possibly a negotiator who does not wish to be target based anymore but enjoys the industry and has excellent organizational and administration skills. The position will involve dealing with renewals, terminations and any on going queries throughout the tenancy. In return we will offer you a competitive salary and bonus structure.

Lettings Negotiator £15-25k OTE: - we are looking for a lettings negotiator to be based in our Cathays Branch. The idea candidate should know the Cathays area and have a minimum of one years experience in the property market. We are looking for someone who is polished well presented and has an excellent ability to communicate with others. In return we will offer a good basis salary and generous bonus structure.
